Unemployment Rates Going Higher And Higher. A Solution Here

January 21st, 2010

 Powered by Max Banner Ads

This is from the desk of Jaymi Kubassek, CEO of C-MoneyCopyPRO…

Jaymi Kubassek here…

I have good news and bad news for you…

First the bad news: The jobless rate in the United States is
skyrocketing and is now 6% higher than it was before the
recession of 2001. Not good, and downright dangerous…

Manufacturing jobs have shed over 212,000 jobs in the
past year. The Financial Services industry has shed over
79,000 in the past year. And thats only two industries.

Are you still relying on a ‘JOB’ to determine your future?

I sure hope not. The times have changed…BIG time. The
question is: Will you change with them?

If not, you could be in for quite a rough ride ahead…

The good news: You now have a very, very real “solution”
to the unemployment crisis unfolding in the United States.

As a matter of fact, you not only have a solution, you have
game plan, a proven business model, a turn-key marketing
system, a call center to make sales for you AND a team of
experts in place to assist you every step of the way…

All of these components have never been in place in the
Home Bus iness industry…until now, which is exactly why
we created the revolutionary C-MoneyCopyPRO marketing
“system”…

…So that folks with ZERO experience can plug right in and
have success in a matter of weeks not years or decades like
in the “old school” M L M model.

Submit your application right below to see if you qualify.
Clearly, with all of these tools in place to put you in profits
from day 1, we can NOT just accept anyone…

Application Here –> C-MoneyCopyPRO

Oh, and one more thing Martinact420…

Tell your boss at your ‘JOB’ that you may not be needing
him or her much longer. I mean that.

Respectfully,

Marie

P.S. DO NOT play “wait and see” with this the current job
market. It is only getting worse and this meltdown is only
in its infancy stages. Time to take control!

When Looking for Jobs Cardiff take note of the fundamentals

  • Curriculum Vitae’s should be straight to the point, easy to read, and truthful as a CV full of lies will often lead to increased nerves prior to an interview as you worry about being caught out.).
  • Arrive early for the meeting and wear business dress
  • Use the internet and other resources to fully research the company and the responsibilities of the role.
  • Tell the employer why your experiences are ideally matched to the role.
  • Prepare some relevant questions for the employer.

Many people new to the market often need to hone their rusty job interview skills. If looking for  Jobs Wales Sites like RightJobsinWales.com are well worth looking at. This site is a welsh jobs board where candidates have access to a wide range of careers advice and jobs in Wales.

Thinking of A Different Job?

Competition in many industries i.e. sales/marketing is very fierce with up to 50 applicants for some jobs, which makes your chances of being successful at interview slimmer than when the economy is bursting with new job vacancies therefore it may be suitable for you to look at a different careers. A recession is often the best time to retrain and gain the skills that are required for that totally different career that you had your heart set on when sat in an office.

Music Industry Jobs? Here is the Ugly Truth!

January 18th, 2010

If you are trying to find music industry jobs you will probably already realise that there has been an immense shift in the industry. A music industry career in the traditional sense is not an option for many people as the music industry continues to change and evolve away from the record company model toward a digital future.

I have had years of experience in the industry and have covered the full range of experiences from musician to livesound and stage lighting, from niche retail business ownership to retail chain marketing and purchasing, from management to DJ! I am passionate about music, I am always excited by the creativity in this arena and so I looked at returning to the industry a couple of years ago.

This is what I found! The record companies had either merged or moved their offices offshore and closed their doors. The highly qualified people who found themselves out of work were queueing up for anything remotely connected with music. Music retail sales had been slashed by the shift to digital, as well as being hit by the recession and fierce competition from other entertainment media. So the chain stores were disappearing and the smaller specialist stores were struggling with a declining market.

There were definitely no doors open here.

Let’s look at what has happened in the last couple of years.

Sales have continued to drop and show no sign of any reversal of the trend.

CD burning is commonplace and no amount of threatened action has made any impact on this practice.

Most of the younger part of the population are Ipod or other MP3 player owners and will only download, legally or otherwise.

Subscription services are a big growth area allowing unlimited access to huge libraries for a set monthly fee.

Also it is a sad indictment on the state of the industry that the only serious sales being generated come from reality TV, TV talent quests or rehashed greatest hits sets.

So the reality is that the internet in conjunction with the recession have really killed off most chances of a music industry career. The new digital industry requires relatively few people to run it. The democracy of numbers on the internet means it is the consumer who affects what is currently hot and not a team of sales, marketing and promotions people.

Interestingly, I found the answer to the lack of music industry jobs in the most unlikely place.

The internet is the major growth area in global business. There are a billion and a half users and this number is growing at a phenomenal rate every day. Internet marketing has been recognised by some of the most successful business people and entrepreneurs in the world as where the big opportunities will lie in creating wealth in the next five years. The technology advances, including high speed internet, that have taken place in the last five years and the growth of social media, Google, and internet marketing education have changed the online business landscape. Some of the most creative people in the world are drawn to this business and it is not surprising the number of musicians involved.

You can now really make money from online business and the advantages of working from your own home office are immeasurable. The time freedom attained allows you to have more time with your family, more time to pursue your interests or passions and the fear and insecurity of being in a rapidly diminishing industry fade away. And the potential earnings from internet sales are astonishing!

Fortunately most people who are involved in the music industry are creative in their thinking and the shift to internet marketing is relatively easy for those from a sales and marketing focused background. So don’t see the internet as the enemy which is destroying your industry. See it as an opportunity not to be overlooked!

The Case for More Stimulus

January 18th, 2010

When it comes to stimulus packages issued by the government it turns out that in many areas they have been quite helpful such as pay cuts, job cuts and an ability to replenish exhausted inventories. With great help from the government the recession is ceasing and the economy as we know it is changing for the better for a change.

But what happens when all this help runs out? What happens when the stimulus packages are no more and the funding has all been spent? The government is going to have to get on the ball in thinking about what to do next before we relapse back into a recession before we have fully escaped this one.

Unemployment is expected to rise to 10 percent by next year and foreclosures on homes are expected to increase while hundreds of small banks will also fail next year. In 2010, many local and state governments are going to face budget shortfalls and the government has made no effort to plan any escape route for these incoming disasters. Yes, it is true that these disasters may not happen until next year but why wait to be in a recession before anything is done. Why not deter incoming traffic before you are hit by it?

The Obama Administration has passed a diminutive advantage for veterans and those with disabilities by giving them a check worth $250 as long as they have a social security number. What is that? That doesn’t help much in today’s economy. It won’t pay the mortgage, it won’t pay for health bills, it doesn’t pay for a car bill and it certainly won’t buy a month’s worth of groceries no matter how many you are buying for. So when it comes down to it what is this $250 for, is it just to shut people up or does the government really believe it is going to help people out?

Congressional Republicans say that an unrelenting economic drawback is confirmation that none of the stimulus package’s sent out earlier this year have worked. Many legislators on both sides of the system worry that hefty finance discrepancies disqualify more stimulus packages which means that the debt overshadows the advantage of undersupplied spending.

Due to the economy’s unpredictable ups and downs many people are wondering where they will be next and if they are even going to see another paycheck from their current position. Why settle for that when you could be earning your own income and you could be your own boss? Paintless Dent Repair is a growing field and many more technicians are needed to keep up with its popular demand.

The cost of school is manageable especially with financial aid and all you have to do is pay for tools which really pay for themselves once you are out being your own boss or even working for a dealership.

Even though there are many reconditioning services that can be done on a car such as paint jobs or wheel restoration, Paintless Dent Repair happens to be the one worth the money. Once you have bought the necessary tools needed to remove dents from vehicles you are earning pure profit. With other auto reconditioning services you are always paying for supplies such as paint.

Paintless Dent Repair is an exciting career which could lead to more exciting things in the future, such as being able to work on your favorite car.

Unemployed U.S.-born workers seek day-labor jobs

January 15th, 2010

In the past seventy years, American’s have not seen a recession like the one that has been blowing over for the past three years. American’s are out of work, they lack what is needed to improve their lives, many have to go hungry each day, and several cannot afford to have themselves looked at when they get sick while others are in the process of losing their homes or have already lost their homes.

American’s who have found a job, are usually working for $8 an hour or lower which cannot feed a family in today’s world. Other American’s are waiting outside hardware stores or on street corners looking for work that might happen to come by. These jobs before the unemployment rate rose to 10.2 percent were usually taken by illegal immigrants and now American’s have to beg for a job as many homeless people have been doing for years.

American’s wait outside hardware shops and ask for work to complete strangers in hopes that they might find some fulltime work somewhere or at least something will last a few days to bring in some food or pay a bill. They look for landscaping jobs, lying down sod work, construction jobs and even mowing yards. All jobs you do not have to have a degree for which in this day in age most American’s cannot afford either.

Valenzuela estimates that the proportion of U.S. workers has doubled since the report he released back in 2006 which stated that 7 percent of day-labors were among the entire workforce. The unemployment rate is getting much worse but bills, insurances, taxes and many other things are just piling hire and many American’s cannot even breathe under the weight of it all. Though what is a person to do?

How about trying a new trade? Something that is exciting, will give you the money you need to make ends meet and then some. Why not try a trade that is up and coming and several people do not know about yet?

Try out Paintless Dent Repair. In today’s world there are so many vehicles on the road but there are not enough Paintless Dent Repair technicians to fix them. There are just simply more needed which means you are needed out there and it could be the perfect job for you.
